Project Description
The architectural design of Alex Prime Steakhouse balances the historic 1941 origins of the El Cortez Hotel & Casino with a sophisticated, clean, and contemporary New York-style sensibility.
Brought to life in collaboration with Ken Ussenko Design, the physical environment relies on meticulous spatial dividing and a rich, texturized material palette.
The restaurant comfortably accommodates more than 150 guests across its distinct dining zones. The space utilizes a highly functional, shared-footprint approach with Siegel’s 1941. The layout allows the room to shift functions fluidly throughout the day, operating as a bright, open environment for daytime breakfast and lunch before transitioning into a deeply atmospheric, upscale dinner lounge in the evening.
