88 Seats is a contemporary Chinese dining experience located in Mesquite, Nevada. Our role as architects of record involved collaborating closely with Ken Ussenko Designs to bring a bold, modern vision to life, while honoring traditional Chinese cultural influences.
The design embraces striking forms, clean lines, and thoughtful materials, creating a dynamic environment that balances modern sophistication with cultural authenticity. From the layout to the lighting, every element was considered to enhance both the aesthetic and the dining experience. 88 Seats is more than a restaurant—it’s a space where design and culture meet, offering guests an immersive environment that complements the culinary journey.
