The project emphasizes comfort, flexibility, and a commitment to sustainability, featuring dynamic lighting systems, modular furniture, and energy-efficient technologies.
Jive Architecture plans to use a combination of natural and modern materials to craft an inviting atmosphere, while interactive art installations and a standout bar area serve as focal points.
